2nd Grade Picture Update!

Here's what we've been doing in 2nd grade lately!

We've lost a few teeth.

We've had recess photo shoots.

In math we've been learning all kinds of things!

In science, we've learned about animal homes, space, deserts, rainforests, and sound already this year!

Learning the phases of the moon!

     

Learning about the layers of the rainforest and rainforest animals.

The last two weeks we've had short-term groups come to Sonlight to visit and serve. I have to say, it was weird at first being the long-term missionary while short-termers were here asking questions and looking for direction on where to serve, but they were a big help in the classroom and the kids loved them!

I can't believe we're half way through October already (2 months till Christmas... what?!)! The weeks are flying by, but we've been learning lots!
